Membership

SRAYR hosts Meetings every 3rd Tuesday of the month. These include healthy refreshments, guest speakers, exercises and support.

Membership to SRAYR  is open to adults living in York Region, with president's approval.  Preference will be given to stroke survivors and people with chronic health conditions.

Registration membership fee is $10 and income tax exemption receipt will be provided.

Members can be cancelled by the president if a) no attendance for three sessions without a reason b) conduct injurious to SRAYR or c) disruptive behaviour.

Eligibility:

• Stroke Survivor residing in York Region 18 years old+ and/or

• Adult in York Region with a chronic condition
